The platform was created to enable the different departments and schools of Yeshiva University to view the ongoing events of the other departments and schools and get a sense of their place in the university as a whole. It is designed to help centralize the university. The platform was designed in the form of a calendar into which each department and school can independently and easily upload their own events and view all events taking place within the university. Each department/school has limited access to the backend tool allowing it access only to its own department and classes. The platform is  easy to use while at the same time packed much needed content and information.
